Bulls and Bears of the Week: Tesla, Apple, Marathon Oil and Why Coinbase Might End Ethereum Staking

Wall Street’s four-week rally ended on Friday as stocks fell sharply. The S&P 500 ended the week down 1.21%, while the Dow Jones fell a slight 0.16%, and the Nasdaq saw the largest weekly decline, closing down 2.62% .
Traders grew nervous this week after the release of July Federal Reserve meeting minutes and comments from the St. Louis Federal Reserve Chairman James Bullard indicating that further rate hikes by the Fed are likely in the near term.
Markets were also shaken by falling prices for Bed Bath & Beyond Inc’s BBBY stock, which collapsed more than 40% after ryan cohen sold its entire stake in the company.
